Current Behavior

Currently, crops will not grow if the player is to far away from the crops, even if the crops are inside the force loading of the colony.

I've done some testing with the farms. This was two identical lvl 5 Caledonia alt farm, with a lvl 5 house next to it. Both farmers had 50 for their relevant stats. These were their stats after 3 hours, I afk'd over the Eastern farm.

I tested giving the West farm compost, and waited an additional hour. To make sure that the farmer was working at all. It looked like they used 3 stacks of compost, but only got some wheat in that hour.

According to the Minecraft fandom on ticks: "Crops do not grow in forceloaded chunks unless a player is nearby. Crop growing (without the use of bonemeal) depends on chunk ticks."

So there may need to be someone special done to get the crops to grow as expected.

Expected Behavior

Crops inside the force loading should grow properly, even if the player isn't near the farms.

Reproduction Steps

Make farms inside a forced loaded area, keep the player 9 or more chunks away from the farm. Wait a long period of time.
