Some systems related to aggro targets might cause guards who recover to above 20% health while retreating to fail to enter REGEN mode.

Are you using the latest MineColonies Version?
- I am running the latest beta/release version of MineColonies for my Minecraft version.
I am also running the latest versions of other mods that are part of my problem.
Did you check on the Wiki? or ask on Discord?
- I checked the MineColonies Wiki and made sure my issue is not covered there. Or I was sent from discord to open an issue here.
What were you playing at the time? Were you able to reproduce it in both settings?

Current Behavior
If a guard enters retreat mode while having an aggro target, it seems that losing the aggro target when transitioning to REGEN mode interrupts the process, preventing the guard from properly entering REGEN mode.
Expected Behavior
Properly enter REGEN mode.

After playing for so long, I just realized that the Regeneration research doesn't just teach guards to retreat.
This bug has prevented me from ever seeing how they actually regenerate health like this.
