"This block is missing its respective building, try restarting or loading a backup" on server on a per player basis

Is there an existing issue for this?
- I have searched the existing issues.
Are you using the latest MineColonies Version?
- I am running the latest beta/release version of MineColonies for my Minecraft version.
I am also running the latest versions of other mods that are part of my problem.
Did you check on the Wiki? or ask on Discord?
- I checked the MineColonies Wiki and made sure my issue is not covered there. Or I was sent from discord to open an issue here.
What were you playing at the time? Were you able to reproduce it in both settings?

Current Behavior
Playing ATM10 on a self hosted server. One player is getting "This block is missing its respective building, try restarting or loading a backup" so far only on builder huts and no all the time. Other player can interact with the block with no issues. The affected player can leave the server and rejoin and have no issues
Expected Behavior
No "This block is missing its respective building, try restarting or loading a backup" message and be able to interact with the block with no issues
Reproduction Steps
- Right click building block (doesn't happen every time)
- get "This block is missing its respective building, try restarting or loading a backup" message
- relog
- Be able to interact with block
