Quarrier kept refuse to work in the brand new quarry

Is there an existing issue for this?
- I have searched the existing issues.
Are you using the latest MineColonies Version?
- I am running the latest beta/release version of MineColonies for my Minecraft version.
I am also running the latest versions of other mods that are part of my problem.
Did you check on the Wiki? or ask on Discord?
- I checked the MineColonies Wiki and made sure my issue is not covered there. Or I was sent from discord to open an issue here.
What were you playing at the time? Were you able to reproduce it in both settings?

Current Behavior
screenshot above shows the issue
also the quarry stats when move the cursor to it will shows that it is doing collecting spam between "collecting items --> collecting items 44%" (shows at image 3 & 4), not sure is issue cause from this.
it happened every time when I login the game, and I'll need to break the quarry block, replace and rebuild to let it work.
Also, while the quarry is working, I will have chance to get kick out from server randomly until the quarry went back to broken

Are you able to update? I think it was fixed one or two version after yours.
You might need to break the quarry hutblock, and place it back down after you update
