Are you using the latest MineColonies Version?

• I am running the latest beta/release version of MineColonies for my Minecraft version.
  I am also running the latest versions of other mods that are part of my problem.

Did you check on the Wiki? or ask on Discord?

• I checked the MineColonies Wiki and made sure my issue is not covered there. Or I was sent from discord to open an issue here.

What were you playing at the time? Were you able to reproduce it in both settings?

Current Behavior

Was upgrading fortress lvl5 altbarrack, builder has standing still and scanning around 13+ in game day already and it still scanning
I've seen online post says fortress building usually take a long while to scan, but 13+ in game day and still stuck in scanning process is way too long
Also I've try to cancel and rebuild request, but it still stuck. (before cancel and rebuild it also take like 6+ in game day)

Cos you are in 1.21 - can you try removing those paintings and see if they finish?
There's a bug in 1,21 atm, and painting make them not finish builds
