builder won't accept items - builders hut level 3 he wont exept the hay bale shingels . he takes it and puts it back in the chest

- I have searched the existing issues.
Are you using the latest MineColonies Version?
- I am running the latest beta/release version of MineColonies for my Minecraft version.
I am also running the latest versions of other mods that are part of my problem.
Did you check on the Wiki? or ask on Discord?
- I checked the MineColonies Wiki and made sure my issue is not covered there. Or I was sent from discord to open an issue here.
What were you playing at the time? Were you able to reproduce it in both settings?

Current Behavior
I have given the items in the chest and in the inventiory of the builder but she eather puts it back ore she ask for the same meterial even if its in her pockets she is feeded she is happy but she wont work i have tryed decunstructing building it up my self but it wont work
Expected Behavior
she should exept and build the routh top
