Cannot Complete Research On Multiplayer Server

Is there an existing issue for this?
- I have searched the existing issues.
Are you using the latest MineColonies Version?
- I am running the latest beta/release version of MineColonies for my Minecraft version.
I am also running the latest versions of other mods that are part of my problem.
Did you check on the Wiki? or ask on Discord?
- I checked the MineColonies Wiki and made sure my issue is not covered there. Or I was sent from discord to open an issue here.
What were you playing at the time? Were you able to reproduce it in both settings?

Current Behavior
I am running minecolonies on a survival server with my friends. Everything has been working as intended until we built the university. Initially, it seemed that the research progress was incredibly slow. I was standing in game next to the researcher for over 3+ hours trying to finish stamina, and the entity was definitely in working status while I was there for atleast 30 minutes. I reached out to the discord, they told me to update mine colonies and dependents, as well as all other mods which I did. This did not fix the research speed. So I decided to give in and use the "near-instant" research feature in creative. Even after clicking the research in creative, it stayed at 0:00 remaining for over 45 minutes. Sure I can just build the hospital with the build tool in creative, but we are missing out on all the benefits from further unlocks down the tree. We have tried switching builders, maxing their stats, changing the .dat file, and nothing has worked. Cannot attest to to single player, as we have only been playing multiplayer. We host through Modrinth Servers if that means anything.
Expected Behavior
We expected the research to progress at a normal rate, as well as actually reach completion.

perhaps one of these are causing an issue? The rest of mine colonies is functioning as intended though...

It is just really frustrating how we spent so much time into building up the colony and we have hit what seems to be an imnpossible roadblock. We dont want the solution to be "having to restart the server"
