my colonists can't make requests properly

Is there an existing issue for this?
- I have searched the existing issues.
Are you using the latest MineColonies Version?
- I am running the latest beta/release version of MineColonies for my Minecraft version.
I am also running the latest versions of other mods that are part of my problem.
Did you check on the Wiki? or ask on Discord?
- I checked the MineColonies Wiki and made sure my issue is not covered there. Or I was sent from discord to open an issue here.
What were you playing at the time? Were you able to reproduce it in both settings?

Current Behavior
my colonists can't make requests properly. They write that they have an error in the AI, and then stand still and do nothing, but in fact they have a request for something. In order for them to work, you need to fulfill their request through the request menu, only then do they start working
Expected Behavior
I wait for the colonists to request some resources. Instead, they report an AI error and a request for some resource appears in their request menu. After that, they become inactive until I fulfill their request through the menu myself.
Reproduction Steps
I checked this problem in the new world and it wasn't there. I don't know how to reconstruct it.
