Are you using the latest MineColonies Version?

• I am running the latest beta/release version of MineColonies for my Minecraft version.
  I am also running the latest versions of other mods that are part of my problem.

• I checked the MineColonies Wiki and made sure my issue is not covered there. Or I was sent from discord to open an issue here.

What were you playing at the time? Were you able to reproduce it in both settings?

Current Behavior

When crafting soy milk either by hand or through the cookery it leaves behind an empty bottle after crafting which results in an extra bottles since using soy milk also produces an empty bottle after use.

Expected Behavior

Either crafting soy milk shouldn't leave an empty bottle or using soy milk shouldn't leave an empty bottle.

Reproduction Steps

1. preform the soy milk crafting recipe either by hand or through the cookery
2. use soy milk in a crafting recipe
3. results in having an extra bottle
