Current Behavior

The blacksmith consumes the smithing template when making some types of netherite armour and tools
Helmet
Chestplate
Boots
Axe
The other armour and tools do not consume the smithing template

Expected Behavior

The smithing template should not be consumed upon making these items requiring a replacement to be given to them each time

Reproduction Steps

  1. Request a piece of one of the above mentioned netherite items to be made by the blacksmith
  2. All items required are requested by the blacksmith and delivered including the smithing template provided by player and put into the warehouse inventory.
  3. Blacksmith creates the netherite item but consumes the smithing template with the other ingredients so it has now disappeared and will require a new template.
