Item Duping from other mods using MInecolonies

Is there an existing issue for this?
- I have searched the existing issues.
Are you using the latest MineColonies Version?
- I am running the latest beta/release version of MineColonies for my Minecraft version.
I am also running the latest versions of other mods that are part of my problem.
Did you check on the Wiki? or ask on Discord?
- I checked the MineColonies Wiki and made sure my issue is not covered there. Or I was sent from discord to open an issue here.
What were you playing at the time? Were you able to reproduce it in both settings?

All latest version of 1.20.1 since they are old and made my modpack june 11.
Current Behavior
I'll simplify what this dupe does. For context, I was using Eureka's flying ship mechanic, i forgot which colony style it was but I'll provide picture but the supply camp came with a blue ship with 4 wings for that style. When I tried aligning and disassembling my ship while having put stuff into the item rack. It completely duped whatever was inside the item rack when I aligned the ship, then disassembled it.
Expected Behavior
Whenever the dupe occurred, it would drop out whatever stacks of items inside the item rack.
Reproduction Steps
Im gonna recount all the steps, bear with me.
- I made my way up, broke ALL the ladders connected to trapdoors so doesn't interfere with oak ship helm.
- I replaced some of the wool to balloons(how the whole thing could fly) Also added massive balloon block cluster above the ship.
3.I put all my loot into the barrels and most of it inside the item racks - Ofc I had ship engines but I was cruising the ship in survival for a good 10 minutes.
- After, my friend wanted me to align the ship, so I hastily tried aligning the ship, then saw that items came out of the item rack
- Thought the ship threw my items out but realized I duped it. So, whenever I tried alligning, i get dupes, I have gotten this twice.
Sorry but got no pictures, but imagine the item rack and a bunch of your stacked items around it.

What do you mean by "aligning and disassembling the supply camp"? The supply camp does not have an option to deconstruct it, and you cannot place more than one unless you're in creative mode (in which case duping is expected).
