Server crashing and found many minecol errors in logs

Is there an existing issue for this?
- I have searched the existing issues.
Are you using the latest MineColonies Version?
- I am running the latest beta/release version of MineColonies for my Minecraft version.
I am also running the latest versions of other mods that are part of my problem.
Did you check on the Wiki? or ask on Discord?
- I checked the MineColonies Wiki and made sure my issue is not covered there. Or I was sent from discord to open an issue here.
What were you playing at the time? Were you able to reproduce it in both settings?

Current Behavior
Since players have been allowed to go start colonies our server is constantly crashing. Looking through the logs found a lot of Minecolonies exceptions being thrown. I don't know if this is the cause of our crashes, but I figured you'd want to know about it anyway.
Expected Behavior
No exceptions, no crashes.
Reproduction Steps
The restaurant complaining in the debug log is Fortress. Moobien confirmed that it has sit tags, yet the error is saying: [25Jul2025 03:21:18.484] [Server thread/ERROR] [minecolonies/]: Restaurant without sitting position. Style: Fortress. Maybe test with that style?

Logs on a google drive folder as they are 12 and 16 mb and gist said no.

The server has not been producing crash reports for a lot of the crashes unfortunately.
