Farmer stuck in Idle state with stuck crafting task

Is there an existing issue for this?
- I have searched the existing issues.
Are you using the latest MineColonies Version?
- I am running the latest beta/release version of MineColonies for my Minecraft version.
I am also running the latest versions of other mods that are part of my problem.
Did you check on the Wiki? or ask on Discord?
- I checked the MineColonies Wiki and made sure my issue is not covered there. Or I was sent from discord to open an issue here.
What were you playing at the time? Were you able to reproduce it in both settings?

Current Behavior
Farmer stayed in "Idle" state for several days in a row.
Situation:
Had a task to craft some "Composted Dirt" blocks, that were at the craft stage but were not proceeding. The task WASN'T requesting materials and was showing as "Crafting" but storage only had normal "Dirt" for the recipe no "Compost".
Attempted the restart worker (in log) - no obvious response
Attempted to fire and rehire - no change
after approx 30mins I canceled the request at the builder and the farmer immediately completed it's reset and began to harvest as normal.
Pure Conjecture: Farmer used the compost it was supposed to use for crafting and got stuck.
Expected Behavior
request missing material
AND / OR
reserve crafting materials
Reproduction Steps
Create new colony
create a farmer and 1 post box
request composted dirt and allocate farmer to a field
allow farmer to use compost.
Check clip board for request for fertiliser (1-16) for fields
request composted dirt at the post box
supply fertiliser - satifying both requests at once.
Farmer immediately enters Idle state and task is marked as "in Progress"

Lvl 5 farmer.
had 2 others both working fine.
this one was the only one who had crafting recipes
Feel free to tell me my report is lacking, I bailed quick to grab the logs, I'll be back with what ever i can find

turns out reproducing it was quick when i know what to target
Also, farmer immediately went back to working the field when i cancelled the postbox request in the test world i spun up
