
Builder stuck in leisure mode

Is there an existing issue for this?

Are you using the latest MineColonies Version?
- I am running the latest beta/release version of MineColonies for my Minecraft version.
I am also running the latest versions of other mods that are part of my problem.
Did you check on the Wiki? or ask on Discord?
- I checked the MineColonies Wiki and made sure my issue is not covered there. Or I was sent from discord to open an issue here.
What were you playing at the time? Were you able to reproduce it in both settings?

Current Behavior
A 2nd Builder is hired to a 2nd building hut
2nd Builder is assigned a building task
2nd builder does not start task and stays in leisure / idle mode
Pause / restarting builder does not work. Restart is scheduled but never happens.
The 1st hired builder working in the 1st builder hut appears to function normally. They will build any build task assigned to them, but will not take a general build task that do not have a specified builder (unsure if this is intended).
Expected Behavior
2nd builder is hired in 2nd builder hut
2nd builder is assigned a building task
2nd builder accepts and starts task, populating building resource requirements, etc.
Reproduction Steps
- found colony
- build 1st builder hut
- hire 1st builder
- build a few buildings
- build 2nd builder hut
- hire 2nd builder
- assign 2nd builder task (this may not be required, even trying to get them to go to the builder hut without idling or looking for leisure is hard to do)

I've had this issue on both 1.1.995 and 1.1.1005 for the builder. I've also seen reports in discord of this affecting single builders, but i've only had issues with my 2nd builder.
I've also tried firing the specific citizen and hiring a newly recruited one, doing so does not resolve the problem.
The citizen can be fired from the builders hut and hired to another job (in my case a cook) and they will perform their job duties as expected. If rehired to be a builder after being fired as a cook, they return to idling as a builder and the issue persists.
Force pausing / restart yields no change, the restart is scheduled but never happens as the builder is in the "idle" state still. I also tried console commands for "/mc citizens reload" with no affect on their state.
Additionally, this seems to affect farmers in 1.1.1005 specifically (havent tried .1006 yet) but the farmer in .995 works as expected.
The farmer in .1005 would remain idle even with the field assigned to them (with all !farmer discord requirements satisfied). The field setting does not change through out the day nor does replacing/destroying/modifying the field in any way prompt a status change. In my case, the field was stuck on the seeding phase and would not change with any change of seeds / field modification. Not sure if this should be posted as a separate bug report.
