Current Behavior
Qaurrier does not mine/place anything, just does load_structure, with it looping in the miners hut with required resources.

Expected Behavior
To mine and build the quarry/shaft downward
Reproduction Steps
Put place a miner and quarry hut down and test it? I've had it work before then after several cycles it quits.

So something I did was set the fill block to stone and apparently that caused the quarrier to trip out and not work properly since the quarry site was already technically stone, I swapped it to dirt and now they are working as intended.
So if anything setting the fill block to stone is what broke them, and setting it to dirt fixed it.
This is very useful information @MotionlessTrain did you see this?
I have not, no. But indeed, I never asked about the fill block that was set, and can maybe look whether it is reproduceable with that
To uh add on to this, i've since given up trying to have the quarrier work since they kept bugging out still. Not entirely sure what else it could be, i even changed the config to allow forceload all the time since our area is a 24x24 chunk section.
I tried the changing of the fill block on my similarly bugged colony in #11045 but it did not change anything.
