Current Behavior
If a smeltery acquires a "Raw Redstone Block" from the "Regions Unexplored" Mod, it will proceed to produce infinite copies of the block with no sign of stopping, clogging up colony storage and preventing the smelter from doing other recipes.

JEI shows a single weird recipe for the block in the smeltery, with both input and output being a single "Raw Redstone Block" and the output having a "Special conditions apply" comment:
Expected Behavior
The smelter should probably smelt this block into Redstone instead:
Or not do anything with it at all, certainly not create infinite copies.
Reproduction Steps
- Create a new colony
- Build a Smeltery and assign a citizen
- Give the smelter a "Raw Redstone Block" from the "Regions Unexplored" mod
- Observe the smelter start working and producing copies of the block

I initially reported this issue here, as I also experienced it in the "All The Mods 10" modpack: AllTheMods/ATM-10#3282
That thread also contains an initial analysis of the bug by a modpack maintainer.
