Are you using the latest MineColonies Version?

• I am running the latest beta/release version of MineColonies for my Minecraft version.
  I am also running the latest versions of other mods that are part of my problem.

Did you check on the Wiki? or ask on Discord?

• I checked the MineColonies Wiki and made sure my issue is not covered there. Or I was sent from discord to open an issue here.

What were you playing at the time? Were you able to reproduce it in both settings?

Current Behavior

Forester has set zoning mode, and break leaves and use shears is on.
There was only a birch tree at the time but I saw fir leaves showing up oddly enough
I went to the surface and found a sad little fir tree bereft of leaves.

zone:

surface: (VERY far outside the zone)

Expected Behavior

only break/shear leaves inside the zone

Reproduction Steps

Forester has set zoning mode, and break leaves and use shears is on.
Grow a birch fully in zone.
Ensure there is a different tree way outside the zone (above it)
Ensure all saplings are on
