Urban Savanna style get npc and guards stuck a lot.

Is there an existing issue for this?
- I have searched the existing issues.
Are you using the latest MineColonies Version?
- I am running the latest beta/release version of MineColonies for my Minecraft version.
I am also running the latest versions of other mods that are part of my problem.
Did you check on the Wiki? or ask on Discord?
- I checked the MineColonies Wiki and made sure my issue is not covered there. Or I was sent from discord to open an issue here.
What were you playing at the time? Were you able to reproduce it in both settings?

Current Behavior
Using the Urban Savanna style, once you upgrade to level 2 guard towers and warehouses, the npc will get stuck alot.
The warehouse has a ladder going down with a trapdrop, most of the time the npc will just hang outside the warehouse next to the wall for a minute and teleport to the -1 floor.
I dug a back entrance and it "fix" it.
The guards are the worst problem, as they get stuck on this very specific spot, they keep jumping in place forever.
very easy to fix in game, by just right clicking on them, then somehow they just walk away, but they will get stuck there again next time they come up to the tower.
I didn't notice this behavior on other guardtowers from other style, not sure if it is the style of the savanna itself or the AI, or both.
Builder will build a death trap for himself when building the barracks lvl 1, and specially when upgrading it to level 2, as he just get stuck in the trenches he dug up, and at level 2 he will cover him self inside it, resulting in him being killed by mobs spawining at evening before he gather enough will power to puff away to sleep.
Expected Behavior
Guards should not get stuck in the guard towner lvl 2
Couriers should be able to use the ladder better.
Builder should be able to "get out" of his own hole, or the style would need some way of gettinig out somehow
Reproduction Steps
Start a colony with Urban Savanna, upgrade the warehouse to lvl 2, upgrade guard towers to lvl 2, watch as they start to get stuck.
