builders inventory items disappear

Minecolonies version
1.11.2 and 1.10.2
version X.X.XXXX or curse X.X.XX
minecolonies-universal-1.11.2-0.8.2902 (does it on all 1.10+)
Expected behavior
dropping builder items when his/her inventory is full makes the items despawn

dropping builder when his/her inventory is full makes the items despawn

Steps to reproduce the problem
make it so the items don't get picked-up if the inventory is full, leave them on the ground
