Expected behavior

• I right click a rack and I am Able to access its inventory. I mine the rack with an axe and it drops on the ground.

Actual behaviour

• I right click the rack and nothing happens. I mine the rack and it instantly pops back into place without dropping

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Try to interact with a rack
2. The rack cannot be opened or broken
3. ...
4. Unable to access profits

I was able to interact with racks before but when my friend (who is and officer in the colony) issued an upgrade order for the warehouse but then quickly cancelled it. My freind is still able to access the rack in the warehouse. This happens if i place other racks into the world as well. I have tried rebooting the server and reinstalling the modpack i am using. the modpack is The Simple LIfe 2 - HQM version 1.1.4 (most recent version).

yes, ive had no problems using the rest of the mod. I can open building inventories, villager inventories and everything else. only the racks I'm unable to interact with

I've also encountered another bug; I'm trying to upgrade the warehouse to level 3 (a wooden one) and in the list in the builders hut where it lists all the item needed there isn't an item frame but the builder is asking for one. when I give the builder an item frame it dissapears from his inventory. I don't know whether or not this is relevant to the rack bug so I though i'd mention this. I'll make another bug report on this later if turns out to be separate from the rack bug.
