Miner Level4 miner building//miner not using (unbreakable) Tinkers Construct pickaxe

Expected behavior
- Miner using Tinkers Construct pickaxe
Actual behaviour
- Miner not using Tinkers Construct pickaxe
- Miner keeps asking for a pickaxe of diamond quality or better
- Miner using diamond pickaxe instead
Steps to reproduce the problem
- Make unbreakable pickaxe
- ..
- ...
- No Profit
It is obsidian and it is asking for
And as far as I know the mining levels go like:
Diamond
Obsidian
Cobalt
So "Better than Diamond" should be Obsidian
My level 3 miner won't use this unbreakable pick from Tinker's either. It is only Diamond level. I do notice that both of the reported pickaxes have XP on them from the mod Tinker's Tool Levelling. I used that to get the extra modifiers to make it unbreakable. Maybe that has something to do with it?
After more testing, the Level 3 miner will use an unbreakable Tinker's Tool which has XP and extended modifiers. Suspecting now that Fortune II is the issue.
Upgraded Miner to Level 4 and now he is using a Fortune II/ Luck II pickaxe fine. Still Diamond level but I will test beyond that.
Question: would the modifiers like Haste and Lightweight make any difference in the miner's speed? Hard to tell with a lot of observation.. Or is it just worth focusing on level, durability and fortune tool modifiers?
Ok, in first tests the Level 3 miner will use an all iron pickaxe from Tinkers, even with Haste, Luck and at least one Reinforced modifier. I will continue to test to see where it breaks but I suspect maybe extended modifiers or XP might not be handled by the Tinkers ToolHelper API.
