Massive horde of barbarians when config set to size 10 max.

Minecolonies version
1.10.2-0.8.3880
Expected behavior
Barbarian horde to be easy to kill and number 10 or less.
Actual behaviour
Massive and strong barbarian horde, say 60? 50? No chance of killing them all. I had config set to:
Days between: 7
Attack difficulty: 2
Max horde size: 10
Steps to reproduce the problem
- Change config, play game.
I think the problem might be that they spawned every 7 nights and one night you loaded the chunk a bunch of them were in and they attacked.
That's why we should let them despawn as well after a night.

oh goodness, and what would be the average Hut Level for each citizen? @mfmiller ?
I had another large horde... this time about 330!!! I thought you might enjoy a screenshot with F3 and without. They must have built up for days. I did not get any announcements though. (I did get an earlier horde announcement, and killed them.) My colonies radius is 200, and pretty close to the border I've set up walls. So maybe I'm not getting notifications because the hordes are too far away/not loaded. I finally saw them when I took a ride around the wall. I'm not too bothered, now that I know this is happening, except for the lag. I am busy devising cactus traps and lava pits for them, to see how that will work out.
Okay, for now (If you want to) can you turn off barbs in the minecolonies config?
I think the problem is that Chiefs don't have a cap and they aren't despawning either.
