Is your rangers suppose to be able to kill the owner of the city? I was fighting a skeleton and the ranger came over and dumped a ton of arrows into me and killed me.

Can a ranger kill its own citizens?

Ranger can kill players you have to take care they shoot arrows. They can't kill the citizen entities though
