Assign a citizen to a hut at night

Have a new citizen that is assigned to the town hall.
Wait until dark.
Then assign the citizen to a citizen hut.
Watch them ALL NIGHT go about 10 - 20 blocks away from town hall towards their citizen hut. Then they turn around and go back to the town hall.
Rinse and repeat.
