[build 5989] crash when viewing npc tool requests

client to not crash when looking at npc to see what tool they need and clicking the npc's 3 line icon that is below the tool they are requesting.

more specifically this crash happens when you are connected to a dedicated server, the server doesn't crash but the client does.

In single player mode, the crash does not happen.

Should be fixed in the newest version, should be on curse in a few minutes
