Won't let me place town hall because "I already have one placed" when i don't

Be able to place towns hall block like normal.

When I go to place the towns hall block it says "You already have a towns hall" when i do not.

Not entirely sure what I did...

We would need the forge log of when that happens and some more explanation where you played and what you did before
