Refactor Townhall statistics for all workers

This is from a conversation in slack for my first/entry task.
Just copied the conversation here so that I have ticket I can work on.
In our Townhall GUI we have a statistic of all workers
Currently we make the statistic manually
But it would be nice if the statistic would get the new building added automatically after we create a new worker for the colony
