Server Crashed and Crashes on start up due to mod

Minecolonies version
version was on beta from 17/01 now using latest alpha on 22/01 hasn't fixed problem.
Expected behavior
Server wont crash
Actual behaviour
Server was crashed and the crashes as soon as its done loading always with the same minecolonies error
