version 0.9.6974 or curse X.X.XX

Expected behavior

• Builder finish building Taiga barracks level 2

Actual behaviour

• builder says "building" above head but is actually doing nothing

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Have builder start building the barracks lvl 2 upgrade
2. half way through builder needs more parts
3. builder gets parts and goes to finish build but actually does nothing

-note: I have changed builders, cleaned out inventories of builder and builder hut

Problem seems to have solved itself somehow
