Builder stops work

Minecolonies version

Expected behavior
- build hut
Actual behaviour
- stands next to chest
Steps to reproduce the problem
- put items into chest
- build building wooden
- hire npc
- stands next to chest
At first the builder cleared what needed to be cleared until it needed more tools gave it more wooden tools now it wont build anything.
