Expected behavior

• Option in the config to set a max colony size.

Actual behaviour

• Option Currently not available

Steps to reproduce the problem

Would it be possible to add a max colony size variable in the config file to limit the size of colonyies to x amount of citizens. Even if additional huts are built the colony will never grow beyond the size specified by that variable. This would allow people with less powerful servers to limit the size players can increase their colonies to.
