Expected behavior

• to use the enchants as normal

Actual behaviour

• completely ignores the silk touch and fortune enchants from both tinkers construct and vanilla

Steps to reproduce the problem

craft any pick enchant them with either silk touch or fortune 1-3 give to miner and see him ignore the enchants

main reason for even mentioning this is cause of another mod called oresalleasy drops ores in a way that the smelter wont recognize as ores so they just clog up the WH but if the ores are silk touched then the smelter will see them as ores and use then correctly
