Minecolonies version

This happened with two different versions without a change when I upgraded
Version:
minecolonies-1.12.2-0.9.127-ALPHA-universal
minecolonies-1.12.2-0.10.1-RELEASE-universal

Expected behavior

I would expect him to upgrade the building to the next level.

Actual behaviour

I have tried to upgrade several buildings. Currently, I have told my builder to upgrade my builder's hut to level two. It says that he's going to work on the upgrade, but then he just stands there without doing anything and with no open requests.

On the ALPHA version I was first workign with, I also tried to upgrade my citizen hut with the same result. He just stands there and does nothing. On the RELEASE version it now says that he needs the builder's hut at level 2 to upgrade the citizen's hut, but as said earlier, I cannot upgrade the builder's hut.

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Click on the building you want to upgrade
2. Click the "upgrade building" button
3. ...
4. ... Profit

Additional information:

Here are some relevant portions of the log. When I first logged into the game after requesting the upgrade, it says this:

A little way down I see these logs:

When the builder just stood there and did nothing, however, I canceled the upgrade and then started it again, and received this series of messages in the log:

Further update, sorry. I tried cancelling my upgrade and building the baker and now my builder won't even make new buildings. He still just stands there and doesn't start working on the build request :////

@Chichirinoda did you try /mc rs reset colony: 1 ? maybe he tries to request something

I just tried it, and it didn't work :( He acted like he was going to work and asked for fences, but now he has the fences and he's just standing there
