[Suggestion] Have Workers Go To Bed at Slightly Different Times

In the interest of making things seem more natural, would it be worth having people leave to go to bed at different times? e.g. rather than everyone go at "Sunset" on the dot, have a check start at sunset and again every 10 or so in-world-minutes, that citizens do a probability roll against some sort of arbitrary score and then only go if they succeed. With the value increasing over time so that after 2 in-game hours the probability would basically be 100%?
This would avoid the stampede of everyone leaving to go to bed at the exact same second and make it seem a bit more organic.
