Lazy Delivery people

Minecolonies version
Version: 1.12.2-0.10.49-ALPHA-universal
Expected behavior
- Delivery people should be circulating the town, taking excess items to the warehouse and requested items to the buildings requesting them.
-They don't currently do this but if they could organize items in a warehouse, that'd be a cool feature
Actual behaviour
- They're just standing in the Warehouse, doing nothing.
Steps to reproduce the problem
- Open your world in this version
- Have Delivery people exist. (I have 2.)
- ???
- ... Profit
./mc rs reset colony: theID, does that solve it?

you could put it into lan mode quickly to turn that on
