Actual behaviour

Players will put things traditionally considered food in NPC inventory then wonder why they don't eat it and report it to bugs. Things like apples and bread which some mods allow to be cooked in furnace.

Suggested behaviour

If Citizen wants to eat, checks their inventory, and finds only food that needs to be put in furnace, they will whine in chat message explaining "I'm only carrying food that needs to be cooked in a furnace. I can't eat it like this!"

I thought if they complained about the food being "raw" then things like bread would still generate bug reports, so that's why I suggested the awkward wording of needing the furnace.
