Custom Schematics show up on build tool, but not on build menu

Expected behavior

Custom Schematics being build able

Using the building tool to designate a spot, then building it through the hut GUI

Actual behaviour

The building gui on the hut (any hut) will only show base mod structures, ie the wood,stone, etc.

Using the Urban settlement schematics, won't show on building gui

Steps to reproduce the problem

  1. Put urban settlements into structurize/schematics folder
  2. Use building wand for hut, hut structure in the building wand
  3. Go to build options, the hut isn't there, only base mod structures

FIX = config of the addon pack had things like 'citizen1' instead of 'Citizen1', didn't allow the build menu to construct
