Expected behavior

I wanted the RFtool builder to clear a area of land

Actual behaviour

its cyceling true the blocks but its not removing them (i have added the block rftool:builder to the 3 permission page)

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Download FTB Revelation
2. Add Minecolonys to it
3. Make a colony and try the builder in it it will not do anything
4. ...non Profit
