Unexpected crash upon opening Townhall GUI (NPE)

Expected behavior
No crash.
Actual behaviour
Minecraft has crashed after opening Townhall GUI.
Steps to reproduce the problem
The last thing I did is I built an university and hired a Citizen here. Then I went to the townhall and tried to open the GUI out of curiosity. Then the game froze a bit and crashed.
- I guess build an university
- Go to the townhall
- Open GUI
- ... Profit
