Idea: player houses buildable by the builder in the various styles

It would be nice if the builder could build house (eg town decorations) which are not used by the citizens but can be used by the player.
Maybe have all the citizen huts available as decoration without a hut block? You wouldn't be able to upgrade them once build - so you would need to build them at the desired level.
