Expected behavior

When given items the builder would take the items and begin building

Actual behavior

The builder asks for the same items a second time before actually beginning building, and if you hit cancel begins building, or give them to him a second time begins building. This does not seem to happen if the items are placed directly into his workbench.

Steps to reproduce the problem

1.Assign the builder a task
2.Wait for him to ask for items
3.Give him items
4.He will almost instantly ask for the same items again
5. Either give him items again, or cancel his request and he will begin building
6.Get paid...!
