Expected behavior

• Build the tower guard level 2 and claim a 3x3 area, build the tower guard level 3 and claim 5x5 area with all the ladders

Actual behaviour

• Build the tower guard (or Town hall) level 2 and the claim area don't change, build the tower guard level 3 and the claim area don't change and miss some ladders

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Build a tower guard, comprove the claim area with the building tool and
2. Upgrade it to level 2 and 3
3. comprove the claim area with the building tool, the are don't change it and some laddders are missing
4. ... Profit
