Expected behavior

• the settler passes through the interior of the fortress wall without problem

Actual behaviour

• the settler goes through the interior of the fortress wall but every time he meets a deco controller he bugs him self for a few seconds, ending up being many seconds since there are several deco controllers on the entire wall

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Build a row of fortress walls level 3
2. pass a settler down the inner hall
3. the settler gets hooked on every deco controller he finds
4. ... Profit
