b) Did you try the mc colony raid-now command with your colony as parameter?

So it did actually work when I downloaded a more recent version separately & individually on forge so it must be the version on that specific modpack.
Did try all the commands listed on the wiki in and out of the colony perameter, both did not work even when showed as "command successful". I'm not near water so I couldn't say the pirate side wasn't working.
I'll stick to your official modpack where it is also working perfectly for me
