Finished decoration message not saying builder's name

Minecolonies version 957 alpha
Expected behavior
The chat message when a decoration finishes building says the name of the builder who built it, because that's what happens for the chat message for finished huts.
Actual behavior
It doesn't say the builder's name.
Steps to reproduce the problem
- Have a builder build a decoration
- Wait until they finish
- Look at the chat
- ... Profit
