Expected behavior

• colonists can get around normally with high movement speed

Actual behaviour

• colonists struggle to position properly at the bottom of ladders so that they can climb up them
• colonists struggle at the top of ladders to position so that they can climb down
• I'm getting many deaths near ladders, haven't been able to witness myself yet to see what behavior is causing this though
