Crashing on server startup after 0.13.12 update.

Version: minecolonies-0.13.12-ALPHA-universal.jar
Forge: 31.2.30

The server isn't technically crashing but it has an error on starup and I cannot login.

Server is starting and working fine on minecolonies-0.13.10-ALPHA-universal.jar
