Recruited citizens (from tavern2) can't sleep in a citizenhut

Version: 0.13.43, 0.13.48
Expected behavior
Once recruited and assigned a bed in a citizen hut they should go into this hut and sleep at night
Actual behaviour
They walk back and forth either in front of the citizen hut or in and out (depending on which hut I assigned them).
Then the next morning the return the tavern!
Steps to reproduce the problem
- Have all 'beds' in use and recruit a new citizen (upgrade of a citizen hut was already ~70% finished)
- Give job to the new citizen (fletcher)
- Assign bed of newly upgraded citizen hut (directly adjacent of the fletcher)
- See the citizen complain about getting no sleep

Workarounds I tried:
- fire & hire
- assign to different citizen hut
- fire, hire as guard, fire and hire again as fletcher
- restart citizen
- reload citizen
- restart world
Looking into the colony1_0.dat:
colonies-2020-07-19_23.38.10.zip
I see that citizen 40 (the one with the issue) has a wrong beds position (it matches with the hut location of the tavern) but asleep is 0.
