Prerequisites

• I am running the latest alpha version of MineColonies and Structurize for my Minecraft version.
• I checked the MineColonies/Structurize wiki and made sure my issue is not covered there.
• I made sure that this issue is not a duplicate of any existing issue.

Context

• Minecraft Version: 1.15.2
• MineColonies Version: 0.13.144-ALPHA
• Structurize Version: 0.13.42-ALPHA
• Related Mods and their Versions: None

Expected behavior

I expected the builder to start building

Actual behavior

The builder doesn't build and gives this message

recalling, telling the builder to forget about it, or punching the builder didn't work and only caused the message to come up again. However, firing the builder and rehiring them did solve it for now
