Builder getting stuck placing lanterns

Prerequisites
- I am running the latest alpha version of MineColonies and Structurize for my Minecraft version.
- I checked the MineColonies/Structurize wiki and made sure my issue is not covered there.
- I made sure that this issue is not a duplicate of any existing issue.
Context
- Minecraft Version: 1.15.2
- MineColonies Version: 0.13.200
- Structurize Version: 0.13.56

Expected behavior
When building a structure, the builder takes lanterns from his chest, walks to the structure he is building, and places these lanterns.
Actual behavior
After picking up the lanterns from his chest, the builder walks to the structure, but turns around halfway, and starts walking back to his hut. Once he arrives, he stows away several lanterns into a rack, waits a few seconds, then retrieves these lanterns from the rack again, and walks to the structure he is building again, after which this cycle starts over again.
Steps to reproduce the issue
- Upgrade a guard tower or a miner in the Asian style from level 2 to level 3 (probably affects other structures as well, but these are the ones I have found this issue to apply to)
- Give the builder the resources he needs to build the building
- Once the builder gets to the point of placing lanterns, he will become stuck in a cycle of walking to the build, back to his own hut, and replacing his materials.

- crashlog: (no crash)
Notes
I expect this to be an issue with the builder trying to place lanterns before the lantern's "support block" is placed, triggering him to go back to his hut. This issue might thus be fixed by having the builder place lanterns in the latest stage of building, much like torches and signs.
